About In God We Trust
IN GOD WE TRUST exists for Christians like you—we want our voice to be heard, declaring that following God and Biblical principles should be the main priority for our nation!
In early 2016, the Lord gave a television network in Pittsburgh, PA, a vision for America — that ministry broadcasters would join together and call believers to stand up and reclaim this nation for God while we still can.
God brought together an incredible team of men and women who believed that as Americans, our trust should be in God first and foremost. The IN GOD WE TRUST broadcast was born, encouraging Christians , who have up until now sat in silence on the sidelines, to make their voices heard — to pray, fast, and vote.
This group of Christian activists rallied together again in September 2017, petitioning President Donald Trump to declare September 11th a National Day of Prayer, Fasting, and Repentance. Over 200,000 signatures were raised and President Trump declared the weekend of September 9-10, 2017 to be a weekend of prayer for 9/11.
This is the heart of our IN GOD WE TRUST movement — to urge Christian citizens to stand up and declare their dependence on God, not on politicians.
As an American, you are encouraged to place your trust into elected officials and laws. And today’s culture would have you believe that, somehow, this is enough.
But the Bible tells a different story. It says that you are living in this world, but are not to be of this world. That your hope is not in men or earthly things — but in God alone!
